VEHICLE LICENSE SALE DEC. 1 The 1939 vehicle stickers will be placed on sale by Louis Rixman, city collector, December 1. A warning was issued by City Comptroller Upham to the effect that arrest summonses would be given to those motorists who fail to display these tags on January 2.
