POLAND BROADCASTS TO SOUTH AMERICA WASHINGTON, D. C, Nov. 21 Poland has joined other European nations which now are directing short-wave radio programs to South America, the commerce department reported today. The American commercial attache at Warsaw informed the department that four new short-wave stations, two directed to South America and two which I are non-directional, have been opened in Poland. Two other stations will be operated with their antennae directed toward North America.
