COMMISSIONERS MEET JAN. 9 LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 21. President Edwin J. Brown has informed Secretary Tom R. Underwood that dates for the annual meeting of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners will be January 9, 10 and 11, at the Miami-Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables, Florida. The dates include the last two days of the seasons first race meeting at Tropical Park and the first , day of the meeting jit Hialeah Park.
