YUGOSLAVIA AND ENGLAND LONDON, England, Nov. 21. Prince Paul, regent of Yugoslavia, arrived here today for discussions with British officials of plans, for political and economic co-operation among the Balkan States. Prince Paul was accompanied by his wife, Princess Olga, elder sister of the Duchess of Kent. The presence here of the Yugoslavia regent immediately after the visit of King Carol of Rumania was seen in well informed quarters as indicating Great Britains eagerness for an immediate and thorough survey of the Central European situation created by the Munich agreement.
