COUNTERFEITERS IN CUSTODY BOSTON, Mass., Nov. 21. Four women and sixteen men were arrested today as the result of the uncovering by federal agents of a large scale counterfeit distributing ring, supplied from a central bureau in New York City. Four separate gangs, according to assistant Federal Attorney Arthur J. B. Car-tier, were engaged in the New England states passing bogus 0 federal reserve notes made from two plates, 0 silver notes and notes. The "Master Mind" and his woman assistant according to Cartier, were Vincenzo Pagano and Mary Florenzo. They were among those taken into custody. Others arrested were from Boston, Fall River, Somerset, Hull and Brockton. The alleged passing had been under way since last May, and 2,000 of the counterfeit money passed through the Federal Reserve Bank, said I Cartier. I
