NO-GERMAN TRADE CONCESSIONS LONDON, England, Nov. 22. Concessions accorded by Great Britain to the United States in the new Anglo-American trade treaty will be extended equally to all other! countries, Oliver Stanley, president of the British Board of. Trade, announced in the House of Commons today. Stanley said he j understood that concessions accorded Great Britain by the United States would be extended by Washington to all foreign countries, except Germany.
