CHANGE CONVENTION DATES MIAMI, Fla., Dec. 2. Dates for the sixth annual midwinter convention of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners have been changed, it was announced by president Edwin J. Brown of Seattle in a wire to Joseph R. Stein, chairman of the Florida Racing Commission, which again will bo host to the visiting delegates. Under the new schedule the three-day convention will open January 10 and continue through January 12, the closing evening to be climaxed by the annual banquet given by Joseph E. Widcncr, president of the Miami Jockey Club, at the Roncy Plaza Hotel. Miami Beach. Headquarters for tho convention will be the Miami Biltmoro Hotel in Coral Gables.
