FRIGERIO KEEPS TRACK UP NEW ORLEANS, La., Dec. 2. Placide Frigerio, who has been a conspicuous figure in the New Orleans picture for many years, is entitled to full credit for the excellent racing strip over which the horses are privi-j leged to run at the local track. Frigerio, who has a financial interest in the Fair Grounds, looks after the track as a hobby, and the last horse is hardly off the track after training operations in the morning before he has crew attendants on the course. The track is harrowed, combed, rolled and otherwise "manicured" daily, and it has been pronounced one of the best in the country by many horsemen.
