PARDONS FOR 100 PRISONERS Mayor Kelly announced Tuesday that 100 of vhe 2,200 inmates of the House of Correction will receive Christmas pardons.- They will leave the West Side institution Saturday. The less fortunate occupants of the Bridewell will receive tobacco, candy and apples, while on Christmas Day a menu of fowl will be served.
