PLANE CRASHES; 4 KILLED SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Dec. 21 Four men were killed when a United States Coast Guard plane crashed at Boerne, thirty miles northwest of here. The plane was in flames as it passed over the latter town and crashed in a pasture, a few feet away from the San Antonia-Boeme highway. The dead were identified as Lieut. P. S. Lyons, unit commander of the Coast Guard at El Paso; Rupert H. Germaine, U. S. Coast Guard, El Paso; George C. Latham, enlisted man, Fort Bliss, El Paso and C. H. Peague, U. S. naval ensign; El Paso.
