DENY INSURRECTION REPORTS LONDON, England, Dec. 21 Insurgent General Francesco Francos press agency in London today denied reports reaching Paris that a military insurrection had broken out in garrisons in a number of cities of insurgent Spain. An insurgent press representative said: "I have just spoken to Jean De Luz and have been told that the reports of a revolt are untrue. They are based on the fact that tiae have been numerous arrests in the f rorfr zorfe-ior smuggling and other illegalities." . ,
