LONDON STILL STORM-BOUND LONDON, England, Dec. 21. Bringing the promise of a white Christmas, snow fell on London today after the British capitol experienced its coldest night in ten years. Road and rail traffic was seriously delayed in all parts of the country as the cold spell maintained its grip. Authorities evacuated Jewish refugee children from their frost-bound camps along the East coast, -sending them to nearby hotels. Many villages were totally isolated.
