Haas Fined 00 LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 5.— Leon Haas, veteran Oklahoma jockey, who rode Requested in the Kentucky Derby, must pay a fine of 00 for making a pass at jockey Basil James in the riders quarters during Saturdays races here. The fine was meted out by the stewards. The punished rider contends that James, who guided Alsab in the classic, interferred with Requested after the field had travelled about five furlongs.
