Training Accidents Fatal PAWTUCKET, R. I., May 5.— There were two accidents during training hours at Narragansett Park this morning, with the result that it was necessary to destroy two thoroughbreds. Perkiomen II., the property of T. P. Morgan, broke his right hind pastern, while Placer Inn suffered a broken leg.
