Suffolks Downs Rulings EAST BOSTON, Mass., June 24. The Suffolk Downs stewards issued the following rulings today: "The license of jockey P., Patterson has been suspended pending the filing with the Massachusetts State Racing Commission of a contract approved by the stewards." "For unbecoming conduct, the jockey agents license of Donald Gilkey has been suspended."
