Michigan Notes FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 13. John Medala, former FBI agent and now agent for the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Association, is a Fair Grounds visitor. Trainer Otis Clelland reported that the filly, Miss Cry Baby, cast herself in her stall and will be shipped to the Beckman Stivers Farm at Lexington, Ky. William Drees arrived from Baltimore, Md., bringing Wars Dun, Polymelior, Gray Lass, Cyrus P., and War Wine for various owners. W. E. MacDonald augmented his stable here with the addition of three horses from Toronto. Trainer A. Bennie of the A. J. Halliwell string, received the five-year-old Friend Bill from the same point. Harry Trotsek, who trains a large public stable here, received the three-year-old Cool Judgment from River Downs to train for Mrs. C. Withers of Miami.
