Form Anti-Racing League SACREMENTO, Calif., June 13. —The California Anti-Horse Racing League submitted papers of incorporation for filing with the secretary of the states office here yesterday. Corporation directors were listed as William D. Hammond, Bessie S. Hammond and Bertha M. Calvin, all of Los Angeles, and Grace McCarthy of Hollywood. According to the papers filed, the main purpose of the group is "to work for the control, abatement or elimination of horse racing."
