Southern Pride Suffers Car Fit BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 29. Michael Dants Southern Pride, who went wrong about a month before the 1946 Kentucky Derby while training for the "Run for the Roses" but who had been training well, suffered a car fit while shipping here from Kentucky a few days ago and cut himself in several places.
