MY GRACE, under restraint while - closest to the pace on the rail, took the lead when ready and won with something left. SPRING GAL, well v placed from the break, menaced in -the stretch and faltered. MOON BLUE, allowed to settle into stride for a 5 half mile, moved up on the inside to be well placed and weakened in the closing furlong. CORYDON had no * excuse. CURLER gave way after being headed. CHILLEE KNIGHT was through after a half mile. WOODSMAN D was eased up in the final quarter mile when hopelessly beaten. *■ Overweight— Woodsman, 1 pound.
