Stubbs Busy at" Ak-Sar-Ben AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., May 25.— Ralph Stubbs, prominent midwest racing official, arrived from Chicago and immediately began taking stall applications for the Madison, Columbus, Lincoln and Mitchell courses. Stubbs serves as racing secretary and handicapper throughout the Nebraska circuit with the exception of Ak-Sar-Ben.
