Double Jay Assigned 126 For Brandywine Handicap DELAWARE PARK, Wilmington, Del., May 25.— J. V. Tiganis Double Jay, a Delaware-owned horse, has been assigned the top weight of 126 pounds by racing secretary J. Gilbert Haus for Delaware Parks mile and a sixteenth Brandywine Handicap, which will feature the Memorial Day card. H. L. Straus five-time stakes winner, Pilaster, was given 123 pounds, while Tide Rips, owner by Bayard Sharp, and who won the stake last year, was assigned 112 pounds.
