Stewards Bar Two Horses DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 10. — The stewards here have barred two horses owned by Theodore A. Antoine of Centerville, Del. The runners are Problem Child, who was lame when finishing last in yesterdays second race, and Eclair, who was unmanageable in the paddock and did not get to the post in the third race.
