Starting Gate Suit Postponed BALTIMORE, Md., June 10.— The suit of the Puett Electrical Starting Gate Corporation against the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association, operators of the Havre de Grace race track, and the United Starting Gate Corporation, which was to have come up in Federal District Court here Monday before Judge William C. Coleman has been postponed. Attorneys for the co-defendants requested the postponement. The court set October 10, next, as the new trial date. The plaintiff charges violation of patent rights.
