Kirby Given Five Days AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 10. — The stewards here yesterday issued the following ruling: "Jockey Clifford Kirby is herby suspended for five days for cutting across the field too sharply during the run-ing of the third race on todays program."
