Jockey L. Richards Fined SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 5. — The Suffolk Downs stewards issued the following ruling: "A forfeiture of fifty dollars 0 has been placed against jockey Lyman Richards for making a frivolous claim of foul in the first race, May 4."
