► ; Rutchick Misses Plane JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., May 5.— Sol Rutchick, trainer of Count Turf, wasnt at Churchill Downs to saddle his charge for the famed "Run for the Roses," having missed the 8:30 a. in.. plane for Louisville by a matter of seconds. He waited for the 11:30 plane, but no space was available. The trainer returned to Jamaica race track where he spent the afternoon bemoaning his tough luck. He felt a lot better about it after he learned the Kentucky Derby result — but how he would have loved to have been there!
