S s ., r i - 5 , f - l 1 s r Hiram Jr. Makes Good FORT WORTH, Texas, May 5.— Dr. Thomas M. Johnson, of Del Rio, is quite successful as a long distance forecaster. Last December he wrote Bud Burmester. Fort Worth, that he had a yearling, which he was going to ship to New Orleans and predicted the youngster would win there. and after he did, he was to be pointed for the Big Spring Futurity. Hiram Jr. was the colt in question, and he did just what Dr. Johnson planned. Hiram Jr. is by Total Eclipse, a son of St. Germans.
