R. J. Martin Faces Judge Today SEA ISLE CITY, N. jr., June 8.— Jockey Robert J. Martin who was suspended for 10 years by the Maryland Racing Commission this spring, for betting on mounts other than his own, was released on ,000 bail today on charges of drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Dr. F. Hauck pronounced Martin intoxicated after his auto hit a parked car yesterday. Martin will get a hearing tomorrow before Judge Wilbur E. Clark.
