QUEENS TASTE, steadied close to the early pace along the inside, moved into command when ready, drew clear and won with speed in reserve. DEBMODE improved position gradually, secured racing room along the Inside and rallied through the stretch. CAMBETTA, slow to settle into best stride, finished stoutly in the late stages. LORD GRAIL worked his way up between hcrses and was going stoutly at the finish. BAYAL. forwardly placed, lacked a rally. MODEL HOME went evenly. FIGHTING COMET tired after a brief challenge. LEFT WINGER was on the outside most of the trip. SUN GODDESS was rushed into contention early, then quit CHUCKSTER quit badly. TREE TOWN was sent to the outside on the final turn, rushed boldly, then hung. SILVER REWARD closed with good energy. BIDOJO weakened after losing command. HASHER had no mishap. G. RANCH HOUSE engaged for command after a quarter mile, continued to press the leader, gained a slight lead, but was not good enough. NOME was hustled to take an early lead, saved ground while setting the pace, then weakened near the end. EASY PADDY broke alartly. dropped back on the far turn, regained stride in the stretch and closed willingly. SIGH QUEEN slipped through along the rail, engaged for command, then faltered. REPRODUCTION, taken back off the pace and placed under steadying restraint to the final quarter mile, came through along the inside, was steered outside of horses near the sixteenth pole and drew out under pressure. YOGURT established the pace saved ground throughout and held on stubbornly. BOBS ACE, a trailer to the final turn, rushed boldly along the inside, but was unable to menace. VINITA REV, forwardly daced, was sent up on the outside to challenge the leader entering the stretch, then faltered. KNIGHTS" KNAVE was bothered leaving the gate then failed to respond to. late urging. BILL KEEFE swerved to the inside leaving the barrier, was straightened and forced the pace to the far turn before weakening. REYNOLDS JR. was outrun Overweight— Yogurt, 3 pounds.
