PettiboneSeesColorbearer Run ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 21. — John S. Pettibone arrived here this morning from Washington, D. C, to witness the running of the third race in which his True Play, a two-year-old gelded son of Double Play — Miss Boonville carried his silks. Pettibone is new to racing and this will be the first horse he has run. Pettibone bred True Play on his Homewood Farm which is located in Middleburg, Va. Pettibone, a retired businessman, also is the breeder of pure bred dairy cattle. Benson Brown is in charge of his race horses. Brown also trains for Tyson Gilpin, one of the leading breeders in Virginia.
