Governors May Draw Twelve BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 21. — Nominations for the 14th renewal of the Governors Handicap, which will be run here Saturday were heavy today indicating a possible starting field of 12 horses. The Governors Handicap is one of the annual highlights of the Beulah spring meeting and was won last year by Harry-Lou. Racing secretary Eugene W. Bury will assign his handicap weights on Friday.
