: Red Flame Destroyed AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb., May 21.— The second equine fatality of Ak-Sar-Bens young meeting was chalked up to mischance yesterday when Winkelman and Burners Red Flame, was destroyed after suffering severe injuries during training hours. The five-year-old bay horse, readying for his first start of the year, unseated his exercise boy as he broke from the starting gate. Galloping riderless, he struck a fence post while darting through an exit gap, then slipped and fell on a paved road in the track parking area. He sustained deep gashes and internal injuries, necessitating merciful destruction. C. E. Browns Arthur T. had died of a colic seizure 24 hours previously.
