Three U.S. Players Advance, One Loses in French Tennis PARIS, France, May 25 UP.— Tony Trabert, Art Larsen and Budge Patty advanced to the mens singles semifinals of the French International clay courts tennis championships today, but Gardnar Mulloy was eliminated by Enrique Morea of Argentina. Trabert, the U. S. National singles champion from Cincinnati, Ohio, defeated Mervyn Rose of Australia, 7-5, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2; Larsen triumphed over a fellow-American Vic Seixas of Philadelphia, 6-4, 1-6, 8-6. 6-1; and Patty beat Sven Davidson of Sweden in a listless match, 6-4, 6-0, 6-4. Morea dashed hopes for an AH -American singles semifinal, however, when he overpowered 40-year-old Mulloy, 6-3, 6-3, 6-1, in the opening match of the day.
