Stewards Rulings LINCOLN FIELDS, Crete, HI., May 25. — Jockey Leo "Lightning" Jones, Jr. was suspended for 10 racing days j here today in a ruling by the stewards, for rough riding in the third race of May 24. His suspension extends from May 27 to June 7, inclusive.
