Impulsivo and Top Spring Meet at Suffolk Downs - SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 25. — A pair of interesting allowance events share the spotlight at Suffolk Downs Wednesday. A mile and 70 yards test for four-year-olds and upward has attracted an overnight field of 10. The co-feature is a five-furlong dash for better grade juveniles and eight have been entered. Argentine Stables Impulsivo is a member of the middle distance event and may take this opportunity to earn his initial victory since shipping to the United States. In the recent Massachusetts Handicap, Impulsivo turned in a good race despite the fact he failed to figure in the spoils. The manner in which Impulsivo closed ground in the event to finish fifth with such performers as Parnassus, Combat Boots and Roedna in his wake, is enough endorsement in tomorrows test. Jim Carrs Top Spring with Tony DeSpirito in the saddle will in all probability **H % i „ t,*f4 reign as the choice in the event for older horses. The speedy gray has been very consistent in his local races. Others included in the field are Pusan, Villager, Sinn Fein, Twig Lee, Heiress, Connie Rab, a stablemate of Top Spring and the entry of Partido II. and Ballestero. In the two-year-old dash, Paul Ando-linos Boston Doge appears well spotted to remain unbeaten. The son of The Doge won impressively in his debut. The colt is not considered at his best on off-traGks by his connections and passed up the recent Bay State Kindergartent Stakes in which he was sure to be one of the logical choices.
