Roosevelt Opens Tomorrow WESTBURY, L. I., N. Y., May 25.— Roosevelt Raceways delayed 1954 harness racing campaign is expected to begin Wednesday night, track officials announced today. Last nights scheduled opening was called off because the track and the horse owners could not settle their dispute. The track said agreement was reached today by Raceway representatives and the Standard-bred Owners Association. Raceway officials said there would be no racing tonight because final details of the agreement must be worked out.
