Begin Golf Play Today DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 5. The annual golf tourney, sponsored by Delaware Park, will be held Thursday at nearby Newark Country Club with seven pairings from the "Press" and "Brass Hats." Snowden Carter, Baltimore Sunpapers turf expert, captains the "Press" and Fred Hayden of the track publicity staff heads the "Brass Hats," team composed of members of the official family.
