Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form: CALGARY, Alta., June 5. The Prairie Thoroughbred Breeders and Racing Association announced the following ruling under date of May 30: "Under the provisions of Rule 149, regarding time allowances for apprentice jockeys, apprentice Bryan Peters is hereby granted an extension of 149 days beginning April 12, 1957, until September 7 1957, both dates inclusive."
