Drayton Starts Tour Today NEW YORK, N. Y., June 5. Spencer Drayton, executive secretary of the -TRA and president of the TRPB, leaves New York Thursday on a swing: of the country which will include an address before the National Association of State Racing: Commissioners in Los Angeles Monday; a meeting: of the TRA board of directors Tuesday, and visits to five member race tracks. On Sunday he will "confer with TRA president James D. Stewart and Michigan commission chairman James H. Inglis, who is chairman of the NASRCs illegal practices committee. Following the close of the NASRC convention Drayton will visit Longacres, Seattle; Centennial Park, Denver, Ak-Sar-Ben, Omaha, and Arlington Park, Chicago.
