Gov. Harriman to Present Belmont Cup on June 75 BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 5. Word was received from Albany today that Governor Averell Harriman will be on hand at Belmont Park on Saturday, June 15th, to make the presentation of the Belmont Cup to the winner of this years "test of the champion." Some years : ago, the governor maintained the successful Log Cabin Stud. Governor Harriman was unable to accept the invitation of the Greater New York Association for luncheon as he has to remain in Albany to re-commission the maritime training ship, "Empire State." However, he isso anxious to be on hand for this three-year-old classic, that he is flying to La-Guardia field from Albany and is due at the track early in the afternoon. i
