Pete Rice Decisions Joe Mack On Delaware Park Fight Card DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del June 5. Pete Rice, of the David G. Neuman stable, was victorious over Joe Mack, of the James E. Ryan stable, in the first of the weekly boxing bouts at Delaware Park last night. The contests, under the direction of Francis "Jock" LaBelle of the recreational department, attracted approximately 1,000 fans. Rice gained a decision in the three-round bout. Another crowd-pleasing bout ended in a draw between two prospective apprentice riders in the 100 pounds class Louis Santos, of the Bayard Sharp Stable, and Louis Sollars, under contract to trainer Cy Butler.
