CALLS NRA FAULTS HIS WASHINGTON, D. C, April 19. Gen. Hugh S. Johnson, deposed leader of the NRA, told a Senate committee today that many of the faults prevailing could be laid at his door. He said that to abandon the NRA however, would turn the nation backward into a path of destruction.
