Hal Price Headley Puts Residence Up for Sale Offer Home, 10 Acres at Beaumont Farm at Public Auction on May 28 LEXINGTON, Ky., May 5.— Thoroughbred owner and breeder Hal Price Headley today announced plans for a public auction of the main residence and 10 surrounding acres at Beaumont Farm located oh the Harrodsburg Road. The sale of the Central Kentucky show place will be held Wednesday morning. May 28, with George Swinebroad conducting the auction. Mr. and Mrs. Headley recently moved from Beaumont to a new residence in the colony subdivision here. The area to be sold has a 500-foot frontage on the Harrodsburg Road and is enclosed by a stone fence.
