« HORN IN GOOD STANDING COLLINSVILLE, 111., June 1.— J. B. Campbell, who is serving as secretary and steward here, was advised by T. C Bradley that P. Horn, who came under the ban at Jefferson Park during the spring meeting of 1928, hud been restored to good standing.
