• HIGH FOOT NURSES BRUISES LOUISVILLE. Ky., June 1.— The Valley Lake stables High Foot, which filled his engagement in the Bashford Manor Stakes yesterday with a badly bucked left shin, came out of the race in which he lost by a nose to All Upset, very sensitive in both shins and probably will be out of training for ten days or two weeks. J. B. Partridge, trainer of the crack colt, reported that he etherized the colts ailing left leg just before sending him to the track for Thursdays race, but in view of his repeated swerving it was evident the treatment had little effect in the way of relieving the colt. High Foot and others of the Valley Lake stable were shipped to Washington Park Friday night. Jockeys K. Watson and J. Hikes accompanied trainer Partridge,
