Hendersons Sanction 1 in the running of the third race Saturday, • and his incompetent riding of the Henderson starter near the finish of the race was s the cause for the stewards action. The following owners have signified their r intentions of shipping to the Blue Bonnets S course of the Montreal Jockey Club, and J were notified by Louis Angevin, clerk of f the course, that stabling room has been , granted to them: O. Burgess, Hal Booker, • J. Boden, M. Colford, L. A. Daly, W. H. Denham, P. Delaney, E. M. Doumani, C. !- Ferraro, J. S. Flynn, C. Forrest, P. Gorman, H. Haymaker, C. Henderson, R. B. Jackson, J. Kahn, J. D. Misick and several 1 others that are racing at Connaught Park. Jockey Frank Taylor, who was astride Judge Schulman at Connaught Park Friday, attributed his escape of injury to his 5f head to the fibre skull cap that was part of 1 his equipment, and a regulation adopted by " the Canadian Racing Association a few years s ago. Judge Schulman unseated Taylor when 1 he raced up on the horses heels at the e first turn. Taylor was unable to get entirely clear of the other racers when he fell. !■ On inspection of the skull cap, it was discovered to be ripped and dented. W. J. Norton, with a division of the Eastland Farm Stable, which is owned by C. V. B. Cushman, and Elmer James, with a division ~ of the Elmtree Stable, which is being raced at Long Branch, notified the Montreal - Jockey Club that they would prepare their racers for shipment as quickly as cars 3 can be obtained. J. F. Hynes, who is handling Saratoga I Maje and others for J. Boden, will ship direct . to Blue Bonnets at the conclusion of f the meeting at Connaught Park. Ernie Salt, who is handling the Quebec division of the Seagram Stable, was notified 1 that additions will be made to the racers 3 already in his charge with the arrival of a t draft from Toronto. W. H. Bringloe will 1 prepare the racers for shipment at Long Branch. J. B. Crater, with a division of racers to 3 represent J. B. Cotton, is expected to arrive at Blue Bonnets on Wednesday. The following ruling was issued by the Canadian Racing Association stewards, and T will take effect at once: Entries of the horses of H. Phillips and W. D. Buck, which 1 were raced in Cuba during the past winter, will be barred from further racing under r the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Association in accordance with a ruling of the 1 Havana-American Jockey Club. The horses 3 are Kavanaugh, Sunchen and Mirage, owned by H. Phillips, and W. D. Bucks Provo, Rosie Finnegan, Sun Lynn and Rock , c Crusher. Frank Gilpin will ship a public stable to Montreal on Wednesday morning, and I they will be campaigned at Blue Bonnets. Trainer W. Walsh was fined 5 by the I stewards for his neglect in claiming an apprentice allowance for H. T. MacFarlanes 5 Wee Toddler II. in the fourth race Monday i at Connaught Park. This came as an aftermath of the disqualification of the Mac-Farlane racer. Several carloads of racers pulled out for Blue Bonnets following the final race on 1 Tuesday. The shipment was made up by 1 owners that are not having starters on the I final day of the Connaught Park meeting. In issuing a ruling against the horses owned by W. D. Buck and H. Phillips on Monday by the stewards of the C. R. A., it developed that H. E. Brown was the trainer : of the racers during the winter meeting of the Havana American Jockey Club and accordingly is now in bad standing with the Havana-American Jockey Club. *
