PASS ALABAMA RACING BILL MONTGOMERY, Ala., June 24.— A bill to legalize the pari-mutuel method of betting in connection with horse racing in Mobile county passed the Alabama senate today by a vote of 16 to 5. The bill now goes to the house, where it has a good chance to pass, according to common gossip in legislative Circles.
