VISIONARY HOUR, away in the first flight, was kept under pressure and, responding to punishment, moved up rapidly and wore down CENTERMARCH and was going away at the end. ROSE TWIG, in close quarters early, came through leaving the back stretch and finished gamely. CENTERMARCH showed early speed, but tired fast in the last eighth. WISE SELLER raced well throughout. SUN TWEED was crowded back early and was never a factor. PALDOMAR and COROLING began very slowly. NAE BREEKS raced ABDUCTION into defeat, saved ground and just lasted. FEDERAL RESERVE came through on the stretch turn and was wearing down the winner. YEGGMAN fought it out stubbornly. FLORIDA GOLD, on the outside throughout, finished strongly. CHARLEY J. S. showed a good performance. PIN WHEEL tired after racing close up. ABDUCTION quit. UNCLE HOOD tired badly. KINGS-WAY, close up and racing in his best form, closed with good speed and was wearing down the winner. STAR CREST was unable to menace the leaders. SKYGAZER showed a good performance. HOBNOB, outrun for three eighths, moved up fast on the inside entering the stretch, continued stoutly under a drive and, wearing down SUN TEATIME in the last eighth, had enough left to withstand DARK MISSION. The latter, forwardly placed, went to the outside entering the stretch and closed with a rush. SUN TEATIME was used up racing with SAND LARK and CHILE GOLD, and she tired. OLD TIMES, shuffled back soon after the start. v,.ir;ej his way into contention on the inside and finished with good courage. MARSALA, well up from the start, closed gamely when put to a drive. ALLANAH forced a rood enrly pace, but tired in the final drive. FAIR ORB was on the outside for the entire trip. FAIR THORN went evenly. ROCKSLIDE was eased up when beaten.
