j i ; ; ■ . . ■ - ♦ KEENELAND STUD HORSES To Be Sold at Washington Park Friday, June 17, Day Before American Derby. LEXINGTON, Ky., May 25.— J. O. Keene, master of Keeneland Stud, has arranged to sell all of his horses in training in the paddock at Washington Park Friday, June 17, the day before the running of the American Derby. The sale will be under the auspices of the Fasig-Tipton Company, with John W. Bain, auctioneer. The horses to be sold are: Pangloss, Santon, Distant Drum, Don Ro-miro, Absurdity, Rosa de Cuba, Ricciardo, Pancho Lopez, Blue Emperor, Don Carlos, Night Jasmine, Syrinx, Tangala, Vespucci, Santa Roma. Darkest Hour, Salut-Amour, Judgement, Sandro, Sandal Tree and Miss Muffet. This represents all the horses owned by the Keeneland Stud, other than breeding stock, sucklings and yearlings, with the exception of Tiger Trail, a three-year-old gelding, by Sand Mole — Shades of Night, which was injured at Washington Park and will not be in shape to go into the sale ring. *
