I DADE PARK TURF NOTES I 4 Apprentice William Whitley returned to Latonia where he reported back to his contract employer, Roscoe Goose, who is shipping his large stable from that course to Lincoln Fields, Monday. Whitley goes along to do the light riding. A knee injury handicapped Whitley here. Following the meeting, the J. C. Ellis yearlings will be broken and later tried on the Dade Park course by trainer Olin Johnson. Aside from racing two or three horses at Latonia, Johnson will have little for campaigning under the Ellis silks before spring. Robert L. Stivers returns to Lexington following the close here and will freshen his horses for the Latonia meeting. R. F, Coppage left for his home at Car-ruthersville, Mo., for a short visit, but plans to return another visit before the close of the meeting. Jockey F. Douglas was granted a jockeys license and will do the riding for William Weants Oakland Farm Stable. Eddie Kaiser took over to train C. E. Baumgardners two-year-old Fredreanne B". W. U. Ridenour returned from Lexington where he was called on account of the illness of his mother.
